" The oldness is not a disease; if the body does not possess stimulus of doing efforts, training or realizing any physical activity it will lose muscular size.
On having reduced, the muscular size, also it will reduce the size of the skeleton for being unnecessary to support big and strong bones.
Because of it the practice of sports is recommended, because though it is required major care with the age, it does not mean that we have halting life.
Before any disadvantage, we can do any type of sports, with supervision to avoid injuries "
